1. Do you accept customization?
Yes, customization is accepted.
(1) We can customize the color of the battery case for you. We have produced red- black,yellow-black,white-green and orange-green shells for customers, usually in 2 colors.
(2) You can also customize the logo for you.
(3) The capacity can also be customized for you, normally within 24ah-300ah.
2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Normally yes, if you have a freight forwarder in China to handle the transportation for you. One battery can also be sold to you, but the shipping fee will normally be more expensive.
3.Are your batteries safe?
When it comes to safety and reliability, our VRLA AGM battery is second to none. With built-in safety features such as overcharge protection, short circuit protection, and thermal stability, you can trust our battery to deliver consistent and dependable power storage without the risk of damage or malfunction.
4.What is the average lead time?
Usually 7-10 days. But because we are a factory, we have good control over the production and delivery of orders. If your batteries are packed in containers urgently, we can make special arrangements to expedite production for you. 3-5 days at the fastest.
5.What is the differences between AGM batteries and AGM-GEL batteries?
(1). The AGM battery uses pure sulfuric acid aqueous solution as the electrolyte, and in order to ensure the battery has sufficient life, the electrode plate is designed to be thick; while the electrolyte of AGM-GEL battery is made of silica sol and sulfuric acid, the concentration of the sulfuric acid solution It is lower than the AGM battery, and the amount of electrolyte is 20% more than that of the AGM battery. This electrolyte exists in a colloidal state and is filled in the separator and between the positive and negative electrodes. The sulfuric acid electrolyte is surrounded by gel and does not When flowing out of the battery, the plate can be made thinner.
(2). AGM battery has the characteristics of low internal resistance, high-current rapid discharge ability is very strong; and the internal resistance of the AGM-GEL battery is larger than that of the AGM battery.
(3). In terms of life, AGM-GEL batteries will be relatively longer than AGM batteries.
