1. Do you accept customization?
Yes, customization is accepted.
(1) We can customize the color of the battery case for you. We have produced red- black,yellow-black,white-green and orange-green shells for customers, usually in 2 colors.
(2) You can also customize the logo for you.
(3) The capacity can also be customized for you, normally within 24ah-300ah.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Normally yes, if you have a freight forwarder in China to handle the transportation for you. One battery can also be sold to you, but the shipping fee will normally be more expensive.
3. Can different brands of batteries be used together?
No, because different brands of batteries may come from different factories, and the internal resistance of the batteries may vary greatly. Using them together will cause the batteries with low internal resistance to heat up. Batteries of different capacities cannot be used together.
4. What is the average lead time?
Usually 7-10 days. But because we are a factory, we have good control over the production and delivery of orders. If your batteries are packed in containers urgently, we can make special arrangements to expedite production for you. 3-5 days at the fastest.
5. Why your battery isn't the cheapest?
(1) Our batteries are all of sufficient capacity. There are some cheap batteries on the market, but the capacity is insufficient. For example, 200ah, the actual capacity is actually only 190ah, etc., or even lower. Some customers think that a heavy battery means a large capacity, but this is not the only basis for judgment.
(2) The quality of our batteries is guaranteed. We accept customers to inspect the goods and factories, or third parties to inspect the goods and factories.
(3) 3-year warranty, professional after-sales team and technical team to provide you with technical support and after-sales protection.
(4) Our battery is C10 rate. According to the national standard, all batteries used for solar energy storage must have a C10 rate. The standard requirements for batteries are higher. Usually the car battery is C20 rate.
